The stability of a lawfully elected government is as important as the fundamental right to freedom of speech and expression. With the surge of the second wave of COVID, online platforms are brimming with criticism against governments. Before voicing our comments publicly, there is a need to understand the subtle difference between sedition and legally permissible criticism.
